This topic explains the workflow for performing the Fairfax County Youth Football Weigh-in process using the system.

Workflow Information

Scale Operator Process Overview

• Weigh-In Process Guidance/Instructions
  • The Coach will be called ?? mins before he/she needs to be on deck
  • The Coach will have Player Sign-off Sheets for every player (signed by Coach, Parent/Guardian, and Player)
  • There will be 12 weigh-in stations this year
  • There are 3 people at each weigh-in station (Commissioner, Scale Operator, ?)
  • The Commissioner will have the hard-copy Weigh-In Day Listing for each team
  • You should process roughly 3.25 kids/minute..195 kids/hour (according to the last mock weigh-in we processed 13 kids in 4 mins which is about 19 secs per kid)
• Scale Operator Software Setup
  • Download Player Info (one-time setup per machine)
  • Upload Player Info (for exceptions...weigh-in day player info additions)
  • Upload Weigh-In Info (at the end of a weigh-in day)
  • Download Weigh-Info (before the start of the next weigh-in day)
